Despite the incredibly biased and negative bio from Wikepedia, Jovan H. Pulitzer's genius might have found the most simplistic way to prove voting machine and mail-in voting irregularities, that if successful would likely lead to at least 3 more audits, and possible turning the 2020 presidential election upside down. Exciting, and possibly scary times are ahead if Pulitzer's technology is successful. Notable voting members who voted for the coveted award to be awarded to CueCat, DigitalConvergence and J Hutton Pulitzer included Steve Jobs, Bill Gates, Carly Fiorina, Lou Gerstner and Larry Ellison, amongst others.
