Brad Raffensberger has made some questionable moves and impartial observer might consider covering up for a rigged regulation. 1 . Covered up the results of the Carter Jones report. Carter Jones was tapped by Georgia Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger to observe firsthand the election in Fulton County. His notes detail what he saw from Nov. 2 to Nov. 7, 2020 . The report called Fulton County State Farm Arena precinct chaotic and  that it had a massive chain of custody problem.   The notes also pointed out that Carter Jones did not get to the precinct until after poll observers were sent home.  106,000 adjudications were done that day in that precinct.  Some estimates of over 100,000 ballots were sent through adjudication after observers and the media were sent home.  The notes and a report that Jones later submitted to the board were not released before now because “it just didn’t occur to us” to post them, a spokesman for Raffensperger told The Epoch Times via email.
