Jovan Pulitzer: "The TRUTH will be told in the PAPER FOLD"

Despite the incredibly biased and negative bio from Wikepedia, Jovan H. Pulitzer's genius might have found the most simplistic way to prove voting machine and mail-in voting irregularities, that if successful would likely lead to at least 3 more audits, and possible turning the 2020 presidential election upside down.  Exciting, and possibly scary times are ahead if Pulitzer's technology is successful. 

In 2001, CueCat, DigitalConvergence and J Hutton Pulitzer, the Inventor, was awarded the coveted Smithsonian – ComputerWorld – “Search For New Heroes Award”.  Notable voting members who voted for the coveted award to be awarded to CueCat, DigitalConvergence and J Hutton Pulitzer included Steve Jobs, Bill Gates, Carly Fiorina, Lou Gerstner and Larry Ellison, amongst others.   

The media apparently gets their cues from the far-left Wikepedia and continue to call Jovan a "failed inventor" with "unproven" technology.  Apparently Steve Jobs and Bill Gates are poor judges of greatness? Clearly the media is afraid of what might expose their own cover-up of a fraudulent election. 

Jovan's Three simple ways of identifying fake ballots:

  • When these ballots get folded, everywhere there’s printing on that page, it creates a kinematic artifact. So the bottom line is.  It cannot be a mail-in ballot if it has no signs of ever being mailed.  Fake ballots that were fed into counting machines are likely to have been pristine and never folded, these can be quickly identified.
  • The second way is to check ballots against upper-level encoding, which refers to the standards that the election council uses in determining how the ballots should be printed. One rule mandates that all ballots must contain hidden codes. These codes cannot be seen by the naked eye. Looking for the codes will reveal the printer from which they were produced. As such, if there are no codes on some ballots, it would mean that the ballots were not produced legally.
  • Thirdly, a ballot that has been marked by a human being using a pen will leave a unique impact on the paper. In contrast, ballots that are mass marked by machines will all have identical patterns. Checking suspicious ballots for such recurring marks can easily weed out fraudulent votes.

What if the Unorthodox Arizona Audit Declares Trump Won?

Slate news asked this question that you can bet will be one of the next strategies.  So far opponents of the Cyber Ninja audit have tried every tactic in the book to try to stop this audit from gaining traction. But even if the audit gets finished, the opponents are telegraphing their next move, downplaying the results because of the "unorthodox" methods.  Of course these same media outlets will portray the audits that perennially find nothing wrong when they perform the audits as the "real" audit.  

A small New Hampshire town audit has ENORMOUS Potential Implications

The Windham voting machines shorted EVERY Republican roughly 300 votes.  The folds on the ballots in Windham are illegally created folds through the ovals, forcing the machine to NOT count the ballot.  Pulitzer believes all 4 states could have invalid elections because the same company that printed the ballots in Windham printed the ballots for New Hampshire and 3 other New England States.

Four decades ago Jimmy Carter became the last president elected in the great state of Texas.  America's second most populated state has been consistently a red state ever since the Georgia peanut farmer led America.
