Can your job mandate you to take the vaccine? YES! Mandatory COVID-19 vaccination programs are not prohibited under federal employment laws as long as employees are permitted to seek valid disability-based or religious exemptions.  However, if an employee is unable to get vaccinated for COVID-19 because of a disability  or  sincerely held religious belief, practice, or observance, THE EMPLOYER CAN FIRE you.  The District of Columbia  passed bill to vaccinate children without parental knowledge, consent.  Hopefully it won't become law.  Criteria (according to Healthline.com) Below are 4 of the criteria The disease causes substantial illness and death in part of the population.   Vaccinating children should reduce the spread of the virus.   A COVID-19 vaccine should protect children from the disease.   Vaccination shouldn’t be a burden for the child or the parents or guardian.
