How President Trump will be Reelected

How President Trump will be Reelected

Clearly, President Trump can make the case for the courts overturning the premature alphabet and cable news projection and awarding of Joe Biden as the President-Elect.  With a combination of recounts and the courts, President Trump has a realistic shot at reclaiming the Presidency.

(As of November 8, 2020)     The AP Electoral Votes:  290 for Biden        214 For Trump

Pennsylvania (If Trump wins his cases) Biden 270   Trump Trump 234

Michael Klarman admits the Supreme Court might side with President Trump.  Klarman is a Harvard Law professor,  a legal historian, and a scholar of constitutional law that clerked for Ruth Bader Ginsburg. Klarman recently admitted the litigation to stop counting late mail-in ballots is possible since “ Several of the conservative justices have implied or stated that they would buy such a legal challenge on the ground that the Constitution authorizes only state legislatures to make rules for presidential elections.”

Before the late ballots were tallied, President Trump had a significant lead in Pennsylvania.  It was not surprising that President Trump’s team is also filed a motion to join the pending Republican lawsuit by the Pennsylvania GOP challenging the three-day mail-in ballot deadline extension that was never agreed to by lawmakers who are responsible for making such decisions.  Later that day, U.S. Supreme Court Justice Samuel Alito issued an order requiring that all Pennsylvania county boards of election segregate late-arriving mail ballots, pending further order from the high court.

Arizona Biden 259   Trump 245

The courts will likely be involved with this election just because its margins are so small.  Currently, President Trump is behind by .5%, less than 20 thousand votes with 3% of the vote left to come in.  Even if President Trump does not catch up, a lower court or the Supreme Court could easily invalidate enough votes to carry Trump to victory.

Georgia  Biden 243    Trump 261

With 1% of the votes to be counted in Georgia, Trump is behind a paltry .2%, a little more than 10 thousand votes.  Presuming the remaining vote goest Biden, a recount could very well award Donald Trump a second term. Georgia’s Secretary of State has already stated that a recount will happen in Georgia.

North Carolina   Trump WINS!  276

President Trump is already poised to win North Carolina, so with this victory and the aforementioned, President Donald Trump will be reelected, and Joe Biden will have victory taken from his alphabet and cable media’s prematurely awarded, victor.
