It seems like the three leaders in the video had their own ambitions but didn't realize how this was going to end up and had no intentions of it ending up this way.  However, the man that brought the video equipment, not in this video, might very well have unleashed the chaos that led to unnecessary deaths.

 One of those leaders in the video has been part of BLM protests as well.  See picture below:

  

Jake Angeli was photographed at a Black Lives Matter demonstration in Arizona in June 2020. Although he was in many different rallies, the major media outlets seem to have amnesia when it comes to the fact that he also participated in BLM rallies.

If you watch him in the video, he doesn't seem to be much of a threat.  News outlets have said he is a failed actor living with his mother and he is a Qanon conspiracy theorist. 

John Sullivan is a former competitive speed skater, who tried out for the 2018 Olympics helped stir the folks up at the Capitol.  He was paid quite a bit of money from CNN and some other networks including at least one foreign news outlet.

The former speed skater posed as one of the rioters and was on tape egging the crowd on as they breached the federal building, “We accomplished this s–t! We did this together. F–k yeah! We are all a part of this history.”

Sullivan has also been accused of sabotaging left-leaning activist groups by infiltrating their circles.

Sullivan started attending Black Lives Matter (BLM) protests from June 2020. According to Lex Scott, the founder of Black Lives Matter-Utah, none of the activists knew him before that.  He also has engaged in anti-government commentary, calling for burning down the current political system and replacing it with another system, so it benefits the people and grants them more freedoms.

Sullivan founded Insurgence USA, a group participating in the protests against police violence. The group's web site says it was founded "in response to the George Floyd tragedy" to "end police brutality" and "empower and uplifting black and indigenous voices".

John was also in the direct vicinity of the murder of Ashli Babbitt, and he was actively trying to convince the law enforcement officers to stand down and allow them through the closed doors. This ultimately ended with Ashli Babbitt being shot and killed by Capitol police from the other side of the closed door. Because Sullivan was behind bringing in Antifa to the event he is likely responsible for the most violence inside the Capitol and a possible accomplice to the death of Ashli Babbitt.
