Just hours apart according to the FBI, terrorist acts are not related, just "coincidental."   Given the similarities of the two terrorists attacks, which include: being done on the same day, having rented from the same company, and having both served on the same military base, it's not hard to conclude something doesn't add up when the FBI says the cases are unrelated.
