Judge Amero dismisses a potentially historic case based on "the doctrine of laches."  You can't make this up!

*Laches is an equitable doctrine, typically raised as an affirmative defense by a defendant in a civil dispute, whereby a party may be barred from raising a claim due to an unreasonable delay in pursuing the claim. Laches is an equitable defense.

"This court finds that senator Warnock and Senator Ossoff have not been properly served. It has not been the due diligence that would be expected in the circumstances and election contest. Further the court finds that this matter is barred by the equitable ladder of laches. This action has not been diligently pursued particularly in the area of service and process. This case is dismissed."


Michael Daugherty, is a physician who started an organization called the Justice Society to help people fight legal battles with behemoths like the federal government.
