Kyle Rittenhouse: Whether Murder or Self-defense, opposing sides are eating pizza together, literally!

The Kyle Rittenhouse trial that has  engaged folks from all walks of life comes down to "intent".

Was Rittenhouse defending his life when killing 2 and inuring others?

Below Rittenhouse is surely to victim.

Rittenhouse testified that he shot and killed protester Anthony Huber after Huber struck him in the neck with his skateboard and grabbed his gun. Then he wounded Gaige Grosskreutz, saying the protester had lunged at him “with his pistol pointed directly at my head.”

Was Rittenhouse a patriot defending an American city from destruction when police were unwilling or too overwhelmed to do so? Or was Kyle an irresponsible kid with a gun looking for an opportunity kill? Rittenhouse said his intent was to help protect his friend's property and help clean up the graffiti.

Don Lemon moaned that if black people had taken the law into their hands and taken to the streets, America would be up in arms. But Lemon, CNN and most cable spent all of last year defending and promoting Antifa and Black Lives Matter rioting as justifiable.

  • Harvard law professor emeritus Alan Dershowitz says Kyle Rittenhouse “should be acquitted” of killing two men and wounding a third during riots and protests last year in Kenosha, Wisconsin, and he should file defamation lawsuits against media outlets for claiming that he’s guilty of murder.
“If I were a juror, I would vote that there was reasonable doubt [and] that he did act in self-defense,” Dershowitz told Newsmax on Nov. 13.

Meanwhile... Both sides seem to be coming together!

  • Rittenhouse judge called the media coverage of trial 'really quite frightening'
  • “I’m gonna think long and hard abot live television at trial again, next time,” Judge Schroeder said Wednesday. “I've always been a firm believer in it because I believe the people should be able to see what’s going on. But when I see what’s being done, it’s really quite frightening.”

We will have to see how this trial ends up. The judge has hinted he might rule for a mistrial if the jury decision prompts him.

Hopefully a decision will be made by tomorrow.
