See Thursday's Press Conference as Garland Favorito Continues the Fight for Fair Elections

Garland Favorito continues to fight the good fight, while the others are too busy splitting hairs to get anything done.

VoterGA Press Conference

When: Thursday, January 20, 2022, 10:00 am

Where: Roswell Office Suites

760 old Roswell Rd.

Roswell, GA 30076

Ballot collecting is the gathering and submitting of completed absentee or mail-in voter ballots by third-party individuals, volunteers or workers, rather than submission by voters themselves directly to ballot collection sites.

Georgia law strictly prohibits ballot  “harvesting” .

True The Vote  claims a Georgia man who admitted he was paid thousands of dollars to harvest ballots in the Atlanta metropolitan area during the November election and the lead-up to Jan. 5, 2021 runoff for Georgia's two U.S. Senate seats, which were both captured by Democrats and ended GOP control of Congress.

Garland will speak about how "fatally flawed implementation of ballot drop boxes it's finally flawed and led to the disaster in the 2020 (presidential) election."

"VoterGA will present their statewide ballot drop box chain of custody analysis including examples of video surveillance. The presentation includes a litigation status update, overview of fatal flaws in drop box administration and details of an important newly completed study." (The Gateway Pundit)

VoterGA has definitely been instrumental in leading to exposure to Georgia election flaws and corruption.

Garland/VoterGA recent Accomplishments (VoteGA website)

"In November, 2020, I was at the Fulton County hand count audit when senior poll managers and our audit monitors found counterfeit ballots included in the election results. After other election-related lawsuits stalled in court, our Attorney Todd Harding used their affidavits to file the Fulton County counterfeit ballot lawsuit in December.

From January through May, 2021, we won a protective order for the ballots, an order to turn over ballot images, a conditional approval to inspect the ballots and an order to unseal the ballots before the court abruptly

dismissed the case. We appealed the decision and fully expect to win the appeal because that court’s dismissal violates 100 years of U.S. Supreme Court precedents that protect all voters from ballot box stuffing.

▪ In April, VoterGA won a case forcing Gwinnett County to turn over ballot images for the August, 2020 runoff. We also lobbied the legislature successfully to make ballot images a matter of public record in SB202. When the new law became effective in March, our volunteer teams began collecting and analyzing the original ballot images from the November 2020 election. During that time, news organizations like One America News Network and Real

America’s Voice began covering us regularly, and our outreach team started participating in festivals, parades and events to increase our exposure.

▪ In July, VoterGA announced the results of our Fulton ballot image analysis: a 60% audit batch error rate, 7 falsified

tally sheets with 850 to 0 Biden votes, 4,000 duplicate reported ballots and 200+ duplicate scans. The Tucker Carlson Show ran a 10-minute story on our evidence and there were calls for investigations. Governor Brian Kemp eventually picked up the evidence and used it in his 36-point report to the State Election Board asking them to investigate the matter.

▪ In August, based on demand from our members, VoterGA sued the state to ban the current Dominion voting system. Our first hearing was conducted on December 15, where we explained that the U.S. District Court had already found the system violated two Georgia statutes.

*In September, VoterGA organized a bus trip down to Perry, Georgia where I was privileged to speak at a well-attended Save America Rally. Our volunteers handed out hundreds of push cards to attendees that day to increase our presence even more. We also began intense lobbying for a multi-county audit as the AuditGaNow billboard campaign began with the first one going up on Highway 316 near Lawrenceville.

▪ In October, in conjunction with CPGA, VoterGA formalized a comprehensive Poll-watcher training program that

turned out over 200 volunteers for the November 2020 and November 2021 general elections. As a result of those efforts, many serious issues were uncovered.

• In November, VoterGA announced the results of our statewide ballot image effort: 70 counties are unable to

provide original ballot images for the Nov. 2020 election. We also found that the former State Elections Director

and a State Election Board (SEB) rule authorized destruction of images in violation of federal and state law that requires them to be retained for about two years.

• Later that month, we joined an Election Integrity Coalition to help establish a statewide Election Integrity support

network for next year and in December, we debuted a 12 Months of Cover-ups Christmas parody to attract new members who would not otherwise be paying attention.

Some of key players in the Arizona audit have begun to jockey for position or call each other FBI informants while the true American hero Garland Favorito and VoterGA are scratching and clawing until they get fed.
