 Conflicting reports are becoming the norm.  Some experts are claiming Ukraine is holding on, while others claim Ukraine is ready to capitulate.

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy said that 137 “heroes,” including 10 military officers, had been killed. The Ukrainian military said it has killed over 1,000 Russian troops while fending off Moscow’s invasion.  Ukraine says Russia injured 120 Civilians & killed 25.  

The government insisted that the “enemy has an extremely low morale.” The commander-in-chief of Ukraine’s military, Valeriy Zaluzhny, said that Ukrainian forces had killed 137 Ukrainian troops and destroyed 30 tanks, up to 130 armored vehicles, seven planes, and six helicopters.

Zach Ullom took over the Harvest Preparatory School's baseball team knowing the tall task of taking over a team has not won a game in 9 seasons.  Many might think he was crazy to leave coaching in the college ranks to take over a team that has been a team opponents look forward to padding their stats against. Four decades ago Jimmy Carter became the last president elected in the great state of Texas.  America's second most populated state has been consistently a red state ever since the Georgia peanut farmer led America. Is Texas now and play again?  If so, what are the possible implications? Judging by the 2020 Presidential electoral college map, losing Texas would spell doom for the Republican party. Just in the last 20 years, the West has politically transformed. Is the red state of Texas turning purple or blue?
