Level 4 Labs are for OFFENSIVE Biowarfare according to Dr. Francis Boyle, the author of The Biological Weaopons Anti-Terrorism Act (1984)

Dr. Francis Boyle wrote The Biological Weapons Anti-Terrorism Act of 1989, which was approved unanimously by both Houses of the U.S. Congress and signed into law by President George H.W. Bush.  

Bio of Dr. Boyle:

Francis Boyle is a professor of international law at the University of Illinois College of Law. He received an AB (1971) in Political Science from the University of Chicago, then a JD degree magna cum laude from Harvard Law School, and a Ph.D. degree in Political Science from Harvard University.

Professor Boyle serves as counsel to Bosnia and Herzegovina and to the Provisional Government of the Palestinian Authority. He also represents two associations of citizens within Bosnia and was involved in developing the indictment against Slobodan Milosević for genocide, crimes against humanity, and war crimes in Bosnia and Herzegovina.

Except for China, the only countries that admit to having BSL-4 laboratories in the world are France, Canada, Germany, Australia, the United States, the United Kingdom, Sweden, and South Africa. 

As the corporate media downplays the Lab, the WHO Warns:

The WHO has urged Ukraine to destroy any highly dangerous pathogens in its laboratories to avoid the risk of an outbreak as Russian strikes on the country continued.  The World Health Organization said it wanted to, "prevent the accidental or deliberate release of pathogens.

Jan. 27, 2020: Fauci learned that his agency had been indirectly funding the Wuhan lab. Jan. 31, 2020: Fauci learned the “virus looks engineered.” Over the next two years, Fauci works behind the scenes to squash the #COVID lab leak theory.

The United Kingdom and The United States have eight BSL-4 facilities.  The most any other country has admitted to are 2. 

When Dr. Boyle discussed the coronavirus outbreak in Wuhan, China, and the Biosafety Level 4 Laboratory (BSL-4)  and was emphatic in his belief that Covid-19 the infectious disease was leaked in the Chinese lab.  He makes no claim that the leak was on purpose.  The Harvard grad does believe this is an offensive biological warfare weapon or dual-use biowarfare weapons agent genetically modified via gain of function. 

In a recent email correspondence, Dr. Boyle told me that he believes the Ukraine Lab in Kiev is a lab participating in offensive bio-warfare.  

Dr. Boyle has been proven correct on the issues relating to Covid-19 the past 2 years despite the media blacklisting him and labeling him a "conspiracy theorist." If he is right this time, how will that impact the current propaganda?
