Conspiracy Truth News Alert! Loy Brunson is One Step Away from from removing Most of The US Congress


Despite the mainstream media claiming this case is irrelevant and based on conspiracy theories, Loy Brunson is one step away from potentially being part of one of the most significant, possibly the most impactful court case in American history.

"The United States Solicitor General filed a waiver which waves her right to oppose the petition 22-1028 before it goes to conference. 

Now the Supreme Court can set a date for conference.

If they do it soon, the conference date will be set in the last part of June. if they wait to set the date, it will be scheduled in.". 

The federal court (the district Court of Utah reversed their decision to send this case to the US supreme Court..


The Supreme Court of the United States under its' "imperative public importance" RULE 11 has allowed Loy Arlan Brunson to bypass the 10th Circuit Court of Appeals. The SCOTUS as of April 19, 2023 has received, filed and docketed Loy Arlan Brunson's emergency RULE 11 PETITION FOR A WRIT OF CERTIORARI.

What is Rule 11: A petition for a writ of certiorari to review a case pending in a United States court of appeals, before judgment is entered in that court, will be granted only upon a showing that the case is of such Imperative Public Importance as to justify deviation from normal appellate practice and to require immediate determination in this Court.

This Docketed case #22-1028, the US Solicitor General can choose respond until the 24th. The Solicitor General did not respond, so the court will is now free to set a date for conference.
