Georgia Secretary of State is AFRAID to testify

Why is Georgia's Secretary of State refusing to testify under oath pertaining to Dominion Voting Machines?

President Donald Trump lost the state of Georgia by less than 12 thousand votes.  Obama appointed  U.S. District Judge Amy Totenberg. order barred the state from using its current electronic voting machines after this year's elections.  What state reacted by spending over $100 million on a new setup same brand (Dominion Voting Machines).

"A federal judge ruled Thursday that Georgia voters can cast ballots on the state's "unsecure, unreliable and grossly outdated" electronic voting machines one last time, deciding it would be too disruptive to switch to paper ballots before this fall's elections."(The Atlanta journal Constitution)

Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger has dismissed expert opinion about the vulnerabilities of the Dominion Machines and the previous electronic voting machines, and is even doubled down on his choice to spend over $100 on new vulnerable machines.  Surely not a coincidence also that 2 people who worked with the campaign for  Governor Kemp (Raffensburger's boss)both worked for the last two companies whose machines were purchased by the state.

Unfortunately Totenberg wouldn't allow the study done by a Michigan professor approving with the vulnerability of the machines. Alex Halderman, a computer science professor at the University of Michigan gained access to Georgia voting equipment for 12 weeks and produced a 25,000-word secret report.  Totenberg refused to allow this to go public.

“Any part of any voting system that’s ever been subjected to truly independent review has been found to have significant security issues,” said John Sebes, chief technology officer of the TrustTheVote Project and a co-director of the OSET Institute.

On the witness stand the secretary of state would have to answer his lack of seriousness dealing with the election vulnerabilities. He would likely have to admit he didn't follow through with the federal judge's orders.

This might explain Raffensperger's Fear...

Raffensperger probably wants to avoid  being exposed  at the 11th Circuit Court, where he would face a court of Trump appointees.
