How does Dominion Voting Machines keep Switching Votes, but Winning Lawsuits and Huge Contracts?

It is hard to find a search engine or source to expose the obvious.  Tons of circumstantial evidence, but like the jury on the OJ Trial, most courts are afraid to or feel obligated not to take down the powerful Dominion Voting Systems.

Dominion paid Bill Barr $1.2 million in cash and granted him another $1.1 million in stock awards, according to SEC filings.

A study of Dominion Voting Machines showed that if Dominion was installed, there was approximately a 1.5%-point increase in Democratic share which also corresponds to a 1.5%-point Republican decrease, so a total swing of 3% points. (Ben Turner, fraud analyst)

A federal judge ruled that Georgia voters can cast ballots on the state's "unsecure, unreliable and grossly outdated" electronic voting machines one last time, deciding it would be too disruptive to switch to paper ballots before this fall's elections.

But starting with next year's presidential primary election, paper ballots will be required, according to the ruling by U.S. District Judge Amy Totenberg. Her order barred the state from using its current electronic voting machines after this year's elections.

Dec 17, 2020: According to State records, a key lobbyist helping Dominion obtain the $107M contract with Georgia previously worked as a top elections staffer for Gov. Kemp when he was secretary of state. Jared Thomas, who served as Kemp's Chief of Staff, was hired by Dominion.

"CISA has released an Industrial Controls Systems Advisory (ICSA) detailing vulnerabilities affecting versions of the Dominion Voting Systems Democracy Suite ImageCast X, which is an in-person voting system used to allow voters to mark their ballot." 

Residents of Mercer County, New Jersey have filed a lawsuit against their Election Officials for voter disenfranchisement after many Dominion Voting Systems had many "errors" that caused tabulators to stop working in both the 2022 & 2023 elections

In a Georgia courts, University of Michigan Professor J. Alex Halderman put theory into practice taking just seconds to change votes with a Bic pen and a smart card to easily copy, edit, and change votes.

UPDATED JUNE 11, 2024: 

Puerto Rico:  The AP reported discrepancies using Dominion Voting Machines in elections in Puerto Rico. 

"The problem stemmed from a software issue that caused machines supplied by Dominion Voting Systems to incorrectly calculate vote totals, said Jessika Padilla Rivera, the commission’s interim president." 

Dominion Voting Systems is like the Mafia, everyone knows they are corrupt, but the witnesses are afraid to come forward or are bought and paid for.
