Invalid votes in Georgia Senate Race have potential to overturn results

Georgia has too many question marks to continue to avoid dealing with the 2020 election fraud including the Senate runoff.

True The Vote is working with Georgia Republican Party members to challenge the eligibility of over 364,000 Georgia voters who might have moved, an attempt to disqualify their ballots in the U.S. Senate runoffs.

The NBC analysis found that 67,135 newly registered voters with no general election vote history were added to the list of potential voters for the upcoming runoffs.  These voters were registered between Nov. 4 and the state registration deadline on Dec. 7.  But Georgia law mandates "Registration must be completed at least 28 days prior to the election." 

Illegal voting was encouraged by the elite.

New Yorker journalist Eric Levitz wrote: “These run-offs will decide which party controls the Senate and thus, whether we’ll have any hope for a large stimulus/climate bill. If you have the means and fervor to make a temporary move to GA, believe anyone who registers by Dec 7 can vote in these elections.”

Former Democratic presidential candidate Andrew Yang also tweeted that he and his wife are moving to Georgia to help the two Democratic contenders.

In his early candidacy, the Associated Press described Yang as "one of the breakout stars of the Democratic primary race" with a following that started online but expanded enough to qualify for the first six debates.

Project Veritas said Stacey Abrams was recruiting voters from college campuses signing up out of state students to vote in runoff.  

Did illegal votes tip the scale?

In the Nov. 3 election in Georgia, Republican Sen. David Perdue received 49.71% of the vote and Democratic challenger Jon Ossoff received 47.96%, forcing them into a runoff.

There are 7,729,838 total registered voters in Georgia.

More shenanigans

Leslie A. Gardner, the sister of Stacey Abrams, said recusing herself from a voting rights case would be a dereliction of duty and a violation of her oath as a federal judge.

Not surprisingly,  judge Garner blocked the attempt to stop illegal votes from those not residing in Georgia, noting, "The removals of the voters appeared to violate federal law because they were not given proper notice and because they qualify as the type of systematic voter roll cleaning that is not permitted within 90 days of a federal election.

This was the similar procedural tactic judge Amiro used to drop the recent Daugherty v. Raffensburger case. Neither judge attacked the substance or the law, but rather dismiss the case on a technicality that judges across the country have used as the excuse to avoid dealing with the case at hand. And this particular case upsetting the family might have been weighing on the judge's mind.

Judge Brian Amero of Henry County's Superior Court rejected the case filed by plaintiff Michael Daugherty, a Fulton County resident, who claimed the Senate runoff contests, both won by Democrats, were plagued by misconduct and sought a new election with paper ballots.

Judge Amero knows very well how riddled with fraud Fulton county is because he has already allowed Garland Favorito to inspect 147,000 ballots that have already been found tons of "irregularities."

Daugherty sought an examination of whether the voting machines used in the election meet the required GA statutory standards. The answer is — they do not. Since they do not, the election must be invalidated,” declared Daugherty.

Clearly George I knew they had a problem

Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger has took action to secure Georgia’s elections against out of state voters attempting to cast ballots in Georgia’s runoff elections for U.S. Senate. The Office of the Secretary of State sent letters to 8,000 individuals who indicated they moved out of state but requested ballots for the runoffs notwithstanding.

“Qualified Georgians and only Georgians are allowed to vote in our elections,” said Raffensperger. “I have said many times that I will not tolerate out of state voters attempting to undermine the integrity of the vote in Georgia. Let this be a warning to anyone looking to come to Georgia temporarily to cast a ballot in the runoffs or anyone who has established residence in another state but thinks they can game the system: we will find you and we will prosecute you to the fullest extent of the law.”

America Votes, Vote Forward and the New Georgia Project are all being investigated because they encouraged people living outside Georgia to register to vote in the state, which is illegal.

Georgia Law

Under Georgia law, §21-2-230, any registered voter can challenge the eligibility of any other registrant in his or her county or municipality. So there is an entire army of grassroots Georgia voters out there who can be, and should be, on the lookout for out-of-staters registering to vote who falsely claim to live in their neighborhoods and their communities

1. The run-off primary, special primary runoff, run-off election, or special election runoff shall be a continuation of the primary, special primary, election, or special election for the particular office concerned. 

2. Only the electors who were duly registered to vote and not subsequently deemed disqualified to vote in the primary, special primary, election, or special election for candidates for that particular office shall be entitled to vote therein, and only those votes cast for the persons designated as candidates in such run-off primary, special primary runoff, run-off election, or special election runoff shall be counted in the tabulation and canvass of the votes cast.

 3. No elector shall vote in a run-off primary or special primary runoff in violation of Code Section 21-2-224.

It seems pretty clear by Georgia law the Senate runoff vote requires and honest judge to take a thorough look into the evidence and not dismiss the evidence based on process or procedure.
