Case Heads to Appeals: Daugherty vs. Raffensperger is Legit and could flip US Senate
MICHAEL DAUGHERTY,
Contestant,
v.
FULTON, DEKALB, COFFEE COUNTIES REGISTRATION & ELECTION BOARDS; GEORGIA STATE ELECTION BOARD; SOS BRAD RAFFENSPERGER; RAPHAEL WARNOCK; JON OSSOFF,
Defendants.
Case # 2021CV344953
1:30 pm July 19
1 Courthouse Square
McDonough, GA
Michael J. Daugherty, the founder of The Justice Society, has a hearing today at 1:30 PM. One goal is litigation to protect the integrity of the election process. Daugherty v. Raffensperger alleges the runoff election for the Georgia U.S. Senate seats was illegally executed and calls for a new election based on paper ballots as provided in Georgia.
Why is there hope? The judge in the case is the same judge who allowed VoterGA to audit 145,000 Fulton County ballots. This organization winning the case is led by Garland Favorito who recently retweeted this:
If the court finds that the machines did not reach statutory requirements, "the election must be invalidated,” declared Daugherty.
The case was dismissed from the bench. Michael Daugherty and his team are outraged that the judge would be so flippant. The judge ran out out of the courtroom. The case now will be sent to appeals.
