Proof Voter Fraud is widespread: The most secure state of Texas has 500 pending voter fraud cases.

Since February 2018 Heifer Garcia has been in the role of the Tarrant County elections administrator. Garcia is a software engineer.   His past and recent developments in the county might leave many scratching their heads.

You won't find on the LinkedIn account is this experience dealing with Smartmatic and Heifer Garcia in the Philippines.  And this makes one wonder why Tarrant County would hire a man with this reputation and so publicly displayed.

Donald Trump won Tarrant County with an 8.6 percent margin in 2016, but voters this week chose O’Rourke while they “booted out a Republican state senator and a Republican county commissioner,” said Emily Farris, an assistant political science professor at TCU.

Caught cheating in 2016

Aaron Harris of Direct Action Texas presented documents from his formal voter-fraud complaint filed with the Secretary of State. The secretary of state has referred to the voter fraud evidence as “voluminous.”

Harris made one thing clear—political operatives inside Tarrant County have illegally forged thousands of signatures on ballot-by-mail applications and carrier envelopes over the last four years.

Harris says he is confident at least two local officials are in office as a result of the voter fraud he has uncovered – State Rep. Ramon Romero Jr. (D–Fort Worth) and Fort Worth Mayor Pro Tem, Sal Espino.

Espino won his race by a twenty-six vote margin in an election in which Harris says 450 votes were fraudulently harvested in that district alone. Romero won his seat by a 110 vote margin in a race that was similarly impacted by voter fraud.

Harris says the harvesting operatives usually push a slate of candidates to affect multiple races each cycle. The voters are either influenced, or have their votes stolen by the harvester.

The operatives work “turfs” – neighborhoods where they’ve built strong relationships and trust with voters. Familiarity with the voters helps the operative more effectively carry out their scheme, Harris said. Many of the voters are elderly, speak English as a second language, and live in predominantly low-income communities.

Harris’ presentation showed ballot-by-mail applications with identical handwriting, and voters’ signatures that do not appear to match that of the carrier envelope containing the ballot. This suggests a harvesting operative – with or without the voter’s knowledge – submitted the application. Harris says thousands were likely mailed without voter’s permission.

Even worse, Harris alleges the harvesters regularly use the same applications over multiple election cycles. They simply fax in copies of old forms. There’s also evidence that digital signatures are being used on carrier envelopes – in place of the voter’s written signature – allowing the harvesters to directly cast a ballot on behalf of the voter.

Around that time, Texas Gov. Greg Abbott tweeted: “Largest Voter Fraud Investigation in Texas History Underway in Tarrant County. We will crush illegal voting.”

2018

“Regarding Tarrant County, we all know this is the stronghold that keeps Texas red, said Julie McCarty, president of the Northeast Tarrant Tea Party.

Ted Cruz lost to Beto O'Rourke in this traditionally Republican County.

2020

Tarrant County turned blue for the first time in 36 years, buoyed by a huge turnout in its county seat, Fort Worth, while the ’burbs mostly stayed Republican.

In October, during early voting, Tarrant County had to rescan thousands of ballots due to some type of barcode discrepancy.

And on November 3rd Tarrant County went blue for the first time since 1964.

Sleepy Joe Biden did SIX PERCENTAGE POINTS better than Hillary Clinton just 4 years ago.

Conclusion

Clearly Tarrant County has had provable election fraud in its recent history if not for many years.  The hiring of Heifer Garcia was curious to say the least.

Currently over 500 voter fraud cases in Texas, and there would be more if Texas had more investigators, according to Attorney General Ken Paxton.
