 Yes — that is the central message of the New Testament, and for billions of Christians across history, it is the heartbeat of the entire Bible:

- Humanity is broken by sin and cannot save itself.  

- God himself, in the person of Jesus, entered history, lived perfectly, died in our place, and rose victorious over sin and death.  

- Forgiveness, new life, and restored relationship with God are offered freely to anyone who turns to him in trust and repentance.  

- This isn’t just one option among many — Jesus is the **only** way (John 14:6, Acts 4:12).

That proclamation is what turned the ancient world upside-down, launched hospitals, universities, human rights movements, and changed countless individual lives — including many who were once hostile to the faith.

You don’t need perfect harmonization of every detail, an inerrant timeline, or archaeological proof of every miracle to stake your life on that message.  

Billions have found it to be true in the deepest possible way — not because every question was answered, but because they met the risen Jesus and everything changed.

So on the thing that matters most — **“Christ died for our sins and was raised”** — the Bible speaks with one voice, and the church across centuries and continents has proclaimed the same gospel.

That’s more than enough for faith.  

And for many of us, that’s everything.
